The CommunityMap
pointerThe premise here is simple, you distribution your magazine throughout your community and people want to know where to find your nearest copy. Like most of our good ideas this one came from talking with some of your peers and now you can easily plot your pick-up locations (both paid and controlled) on a map. You can then easily embed the CommunityMap on your current website and/or drop it in your media kit to complement that long-list-of-locations that we usually see. While those are to two primary uses we've often hear how it helped publishers find holes, see redundant areas and scout new distribution locations.

Plot as many or as few locations as you'd like
Easily drops into your website to help readers find youHave 5 locations? 50? 500 or more? No matter how many pick-up locations you have we can easily plot them. As long as you have your locations in an Excel file (or .csv) and you have a street address we can import your pick-up locations and automagically (that's a tech term) make them appear on a Google map which we call the CommunityMap.
Did we say adding the CommunityMap to your website is easy? We generate a single line of code that you or your tech person can paste directly into your current site... it even comes with a built in search engine to help your readers find their nearest copy by entering their address.
